CATERING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
To hold a date for a Sunday party
a $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required. Your deposit
is credited towards your final bill but is non-refundable
in the event
of a
cancellation.
The guaranteed minimum guest count is 35.
Your
final count must be submitted 7 days before your scheduled
event. After
that adjustments can be made only to accommodate more
guests.
An 18% gratuity and 6 ¾ % sales tax will be
added to your bill.
We
do not currently have a liquor license, but you
are permitted to bring in alcohol for us to serve to your guests,
we just
can't
sell it to you.
